(More customer reviews)This kettle broke after two months of light use due to poor construction. The spring which holds the spout cover open and closed failed at the spot weld to the kettle body. With the cover floating over the spout, it dribbles the tea all over when I try to pour.
Teavana would not replace it based on their strict 30 day warranty policy.
