(More customer reviews)The price is right for this product, but it isn't particularly attractive on the kitchen countertop.Plus if you open the lid accidentally while pouring out hot water the filter screen falls out.I have also burned the back of my hand (actually the knuckles) a couple of times on the hot plastic molding of the unit while pouring out water.I managed to not drop the unit when this happened, but I would advice NOT buying this unit.I think it is dangerous.
