Ideal for in a dorm room or office or to take along when traveling, this convenient hot pot boils up to 32 ounces of water in a matter of minutes. Use it for making anything from instant coffee, tea, or hot cocoa to instant soups, noodles, and baby formula. More than just a water kettle, however, the unit can be used to heat and cook liquid-based foods. A "min" marking inside shows the lowest level for safe operation, and if the hot pot gets turned on without liquid, its thermostat will cycle on and off to regulate the temperature, though it won't turn itself off all together. The hot pot features a nonstick-coated heating surface, a toggle on/off switch, a generous easy-grip handle, a removable lid, and a drip-free spout for graceful pouring. To clean, wash the inside of the hot pot with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of the soap; the outside can be wiped down with a damp cloth as needed. Housed in heavy-duty plastic for long-lasting durability, the electric hot pot measures 7-1/5 by 8-4/5 by 7-1/2 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.
