(More customer reviews)I have had this for over a year now and we use it pretty much every week. Here are the plus' and minus' I see:

+ Its gorgeous! The teas take color beautifully and the warmer "lights up" the teapot. We get so many positive comments from our guests on how beautiful it is
+ The infuser is very fine, meaning I dont get bit and pieces of the tea floating in my cup
+ the warmer and the teapot work great together
+ Its pretty hardy, we have had ours for over a year and with regular use & its worked great for us.
+ I wash it by hand, and sometimes in the dishwasher too. but in the dishwasher I load it carefully on the top shelf so it doesnt get knocked around. has been fine to handle- I have dropped it in the sink a few times and so far its been ok.

the minus's:
- The infuser has to be used with the teapot lid.
- That means it is meant for loose leaf teas and not for flowering teas
- I wish it was a little bigger in size, like a 1.5 litre so we could brew bigger batches with a larger teapot and infuser
- I wish it came with more candles, since one tealite is done in a few hours then you need to add you own. But thats easy enough I bought 200 from Ikea for $3
- It is made of glass - which is great since itsthe highest foodsafety possible (I dont like porcelain or china for that reason), and never stains. BUT - It is glass meaning you cant knock it around or you will break it!

All in all, its been a great little teapot for us and we love it! We have gifted several to friends who love them too. No other unique design like this on the market for this price ! Cool!
