(More customer reviews)The spout trigger is too close to the handle.It's difficult and awkward to pour the hot water out!How could a designer contrive something that makes the main function difficult! Also the black cover on the trigger slips off, so I'm always pushing it back on--otherwise, I would get burned.

I really don't like this teakettle.I've had many and this is the most annoying one I've ever had.
