(More customer reviews)The little lever on the handle that pops open the spout broke on this tea kettle after only a week. I called Copco about replacing it, and they gave me a big runaround, told me I'd have to pay the shipping AND they'd send me a replacement in a couple of months. I still use the stupid thing, but have to tip it way over to make the spout open. The finish on it is very pretty, but I'd never buy another Copco kettle.
