What hasn't gone wrong with the tea kettle... the top red ornament always comes off, the handle flops into the flame, the screws for the handle are constantly coming off, some of the "Pot" is rusting. When I called MacKenzie Childs they said... the red top always comes off, the handle always flops into the flame, the screws always come off... what was my complaint? It was as if I should just be proud to own the courtly check tea kettle.
HONEST. The owner should call her own customer service. Do not buy from MacKenzie Childs.
