(More customer reviews)i bought this item at a retail store. i loved the simple and practical design. it is light and has great weight distribution for easy pouring. i drink tea every day, sometimes multiple times a day, so how a kettle handles is important to me. unfortunately, after only a few days i noticed rust lining its perameter at the bottom of the kettle. that freaked me out. i regretfully returned it (but thankfully do not have lock-jaw or anything else weird like that).
