(More customer reviews)I purchased this tea kettle as a Christmas gift for my daughter (not even 2 months ago). I was very disappointed when she opened it and the spout lever fell off. We glued it back on, it stayed for a while and then fell off again so she left it off. She continued to use the teakettle, however she began to see paint chips in the water. The inside coating was falling off. Needless to say since it was after the 30 return period I told her to throw it out. I then purchased a Kitchenaid stainless teakettle for her and she is very happy. I would not recommend this teakettle to anyone.
