(More customer reviews)I really liked the design of this kettle.I wanted one that whistles and had an easy to use handle for opening (I don't like the ones that open on their own when tilted).Unfortunately, a plastic piece on the spout broke within two weeks of purchase.I can't find any warranty information on the Copco website, but I'm going to call the place I bought it to find out if I can exchange or get store credit because of the short time frame.I'm not sure if it was just a defective item or if all of them are subject to break so quickly.
