(More customer reviews)I've bought two of these because the lid on the first one cracked while I was pouring water in a cup. The second one did the same. They both lasted about 9 months. Obviously I won't be buying another.
If you go to the Teavana website you'll find similar complaints. I wish i had read those before i ever purchased this tea kettle.
