(More customer reviews)I have had my kettel for years and wouldn't trade it for any other kettle. I hate to clean copper.I initially took off the laquer because I wanted to use this kettle.I onlt wash it in soap and water and it has a nice patina that is attractive.The whistle is nice and loud and the water stays warm for a long time after it boils.Its perfect for a second cup of tea without reboiling the water.
